The company receives industry-related support from the parent company in Iran, “Kashan Chemical Industry Co.”
The Parent Company was established in 1994 in Soleiman Sabahi Industrial Park in Town of Aran and Bidgol in the heart of Kashan desert, in Iran with the aim of promoting the resin industry. The Parent Company started operating with standard machines and updated in an area of 8000 square meters with a production capacity of 11000 tons of Industrial Resin per year. In 2015, after examining the needs of the domesc market and brake pad manufacturers, the Parent company decided to have a new unit in order to diversify its products. In this regard, by designing and implementing a fully automated system and advanced machinery, the Company set up a new production line in order to produce phenolic resin with nominal capacity of 4000 tons per year.
Epoxy resins are versatile thermoseting polymers known for their excellent adhesive properties. They are used extensively in various industries for bonding applications, such as in construction and aerospace, as well as for coatings and casting compounds. Epoxy resins provide strong, durable bonds and are valued for their resistance to heat and chemicals.
Polyurethane resins are known for their flexibility and versatility. They find application in adhesives, coatings, and elastomers across industries like automotive and construction. Polyurethane adhesives offer strong and flexible bonds, while polyurethane coatings provide protection and aesthetics.
Unsaturated polyester resins are widely used in composite materials, including fiberglass. They offer strength, rigidity, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for boat hulls and automotive components. Polyester coatings and puties are utilized for various repair and construction purposes.
Phenolic resins are thermoseting polymers otien used in electrical and electronic applications due to their excellent electrical insulation properties. They are utilized in molding compounds, coatings, and adhesives, providing heat resistance and flame retardancy. Phenolic resins are commonly found in circuit boards and electrical insulators.
Acrylic resins are known for their transparency and weather resistance. They are used in adhesives, coatings, and inks for applications ranging from automotive finishes to signage. Acrylic coatings offer durability and UV resistance, making them suitable for outdoor use.
Vinyl ester resins combine properties of epoxy and polyester resins and are chosen for corrosion-resistant applications in chemical and marine industries. They are used in composite materials, coatings, and adhesives, providing exceptional durability in harsh environments.
Silicone resins are known for their high-temperature stability and electrical insulation properties. They are used in adhesives, sealants, and coatings for aerospace, automotive, and electronics applications. Silicone encapsulants protect sensitive electronic components from moisture and contaminants.
Thermoplastic resins encompass a wide range of materials like polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC. These resins are used for diverse applications, including packaging materials, adhesives, and automotive parts. Thermoplastic materials can be molded and re-molded with heat, offering flexibility and recyclability.
Custom formulations of resins are tailored to meet specific industry and application needs. These formulations are developed in collaboration with manufacturers to achieve desired properties, such as strength, flexibility, or chemical resistance, for specialized applications.
